• Bypass, disable, or tamper with any digital rights management or security protocols embedded in the software.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in our software, graphics, user interface designs, 3D models, code libraries, audio-visual elements, logos, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of DEVELLP DIGITAL LLC or its licensors.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SOFTWARE AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY DEVELLP DIGITAL LLC ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
